Clean Energy and River Health with Idaho Power

Climate change is impacting the Boise River. Snow pack, river flows, irrigation demand, water temperature, algae growth and riparian ecology are some of the areas that are impacted. Idaho Power is working to reduce carbon emissions that contribute to global warming and increase river resilience. Idaho Power Education & Outreach Energy Advisor Russ Weedon will talk about Idaho Power’s Clean Energy Plan and their efforts to increase climate resiliency in the Snake River and its tributaries.
