Make a Gift to the Boise River

Starting August 1, everyone who makes a donation of $50 or more to BREN will be entered into a drawing for an AIRE Lynx 1 inflatable kayak. The Lynx I has a proven sleek design with incredible stability and control. This all-around river runner rides up and over waves, plows through holes, and charges through eddy lines. The lime-green boat will have the BREN logo printed on it! The retail value is $1,499.00.

Your name will be entered once for each $50 you donate.  The drawing will be held at our November Volunteer Appreciation Party.

Founding Friend of BREN: With a donation of $150 or more you’ll become a Founding Friend and receive special recognition! You can make a one-time donation or a monthly pledge.

Support Local Conservation

Your contribution supports effective community networking, research, education, planning and facilitation. In 2016/2017, BREN helped develop an instream habitat project by Eckert Road and helped the Riverside Hotel implement a green stormwater infrastructure and riparian enhancement project. In 2017/2018, we secured funding for habitat improvement and community stewardship at the Hyatt Hidden Lakes Reserve and for daylighting of Cottonwood Creek in Boise’s Julia Davis Park. In 2019, BREN is working with Eagle to improve riparian habitat at the new Woods Park and with Middleton on a new 100-acre river park.

Our vision for enhancement and our action priorities are in the Boise River Enhancement Plan.

Thank you to our 2019 Business Sponsors!
