Birds of the Boise River

The Boise River is home to hundreds of species of birds. Learn about some of the common and not-so-common birds you’ll find in and around Star at this free public program. Heidi Ware Carlisle of the Intermountain Bird Observatory and Louisa Evers of BREN and Golden Eagle Audubon Society will share their expert tips on how to find and identify birds. You’ll also learn what the birds need us to do to provide them with healthy homes. This program is co-hosted by Star, Idaho.
