SUMMARY:New Hope for Boise River Waterfowl
DESCRIPTION:The Boise River is in the Pacific Flyway and is a major spring and fall migration stopover for waterfowl. The limited wetland areas provide vital habitat for waterfowl and other wetland wildlife in this otherwise dry region. Ducks Unlimited’s projects restore habitat on private lands and help keep Idaho’s waterfowl habitat plentiful and in high quality. Find out about the latest projects in the Boise River watershed from Ducks Unlimited Regional Biologist Chris Colson. \nThe program starts at 11:45. Please join the meeting starting at 11:30 to learn about Zoom and “chat” with other attendees. \nPlease Note: This online program be recorded and the recording will be available here soon after the program ends.  \nTo attend New Hope For Boise River Waterfowl paste this URL into your browser\nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/81262075103\n812-6207-5103 \nInstructions to attend this program \n\nNo registration is required and no password.\nYou can attend via any device that connects to the internet.\nYou will be prompted to download Zoom when you go to the meeting URL – it is very quick and free. All registered participants are invited to celebrate from 12:00 – 2:00 with Odell beer\, non-alcoholic drinks\, food and prizes. Location to be announced. \nParticipants will need to provide their own transportation to the clean up sites. There will be a leader in charge of each Make It Pretty team. \nThis event is appropriate for people of all ages and abilities. People with young children and those with reduced mobility will be assigned suitable sites – make sure to provide this information in your registration. \nThis is a good event for youth groups\, service clubs\, Meet-ups\, etc. There is a place on the registration form to indicate that you’re signing up a group.
